Who this is about

This policy covers Laravel and this website. If you want anything on this page explained, or you want us to act on one of the rights listed below, write to biopharma@mitconindia.com or call +91 92711 17886.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you send it. That form asks for:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the subject of your enquiry and your message
• your qualification, if you choose to give it
• the location you would prefer to study at, if you choose to give it

We use it for one thing: to answer you about courses, admissions and placements. It is stored in this site’s own database on our hosting, and it is not sent anywhere else.

What we do not do

• We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or visitor tracking of any kind on this site.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
• We do not add you to a mailing list from the enquiry form.
• We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies, both of which it needs in order to work at all:

• laravel_session — keeps your visit together across pages.
• XSRF-TOKEN — proves a form submission came from this site and not from somewhere else.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this site does not put a cookie banner in front of you.

Things on this site that come from elsewhere

Some parts of a page are loaded from other companies’ servers. When your browser fetches them, that company can see your IP address and basic browser information, the same as if you had visited them directly. These are:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces this site is set in.
• jsDelivr — the stylesheet and icon files the layout is built on.
• Instagram (Meta) — the reel on the homepage. Instagram sets its own cookies inside that embed. It only loads once you scroll down to it.
• YouTube — the Short on the homepage, loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set a cookie until you press play.

Links out to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with them unless you click.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for admissions and placement follow-up, and removed on request. [Add your retention period here — for example “and in any case no longer than 24 months”.]

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• take back a consent you gave us.

Write to biopharma@mitconindia.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our programmes are for graduates and working professionals. This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
